Here is exactly what happens during our remote sessions together.
We begin with you resting comfortably in your own space. I’ll guide you through a simple, active two-part breathing rhythm—a deep inhale into the belly, a second inhale into the chest, followed by a relaxed exhale.
Set to a carefully curated, upbeat soundtrack, this active breathing rhythm helps bypass your busy, analytical mind. As we breathe, your body naturally begins to release chronic stress, stuck emotions, and overthinking. You are always completely in the driver's seat—if the energy ever feels too intense, you simply slow your breath.
After the active breathing, we transition into a period of deep rest. Clients often emerge from this practice feeling a profound sense of peace, quiet mental clarity, and a grounded reconnection to their authentic selves.
