Serving as an Usui Reiki Ryōhō Teaching Practitioner and Revelation Breathwork Facilitator, I founded Five Egrets Healing on my commitment to guiding my client’s journeys towards healing and well-being.

In early 2024 I was inspired by a profound experience while walking my dog Kona in the hills outside of Lana’i City, Hawai’i. When five egrets soared over my head toward the setting sun, I knew the time had come to commit to guiding others on their healing journey.

That single afternoon set my path in motion. The universe soon opened a door when a friend connected me with my Reiki Sensei in Osaka, Japan. Following that call, I made two journeys across the Pacific to receive my attunements and to experience the profound energy of Mount Kurama firsthand.

I received Third Degree attunement and achieved Teaching Practitioner certification in the Usui Reiki Ryōhō in 2025. 

Recognizing godai, the five elements recognized by Japanese Buddhism, symbolizing Earth (chi), water (sui), fire (ka), wind (fu), and void (ku) coupled with the egret's symbolism of good luck, purity, and overcoming obstacles, Five Egrets Healing Facilitation was brought to life.

Along with my Reiki training, in 2025 I completed coursework to become a Revelation Breathwork Facilitator. Through the unique combination of Reiki and Breathwork practices, I empower individuals to tap into their inner strength, process stored traumas, manage stress, and find lasting health and peace.

Now, from my home in Boulder, Colorado, I integrate that authentic Japanese lineage into every session and class, holding space for you to begin your own transformation.
